Brrrr/self-pity

I know a temperature in the low 60s doesn't actually count as cold, and also that it'll be nicer later in the week, but it's insanely windy and I left the house in a light dress and bare legs, then stood outside for an hour, then spent another 2 hours in the chilly corridors of City Hall, then biked home and put on tights and drank tea and my feet are still frozen.

So basically, I need to move back to West Africa RIGHT NOW.
