Perfect Tuesday evening

Take 3 bottles of white wine, 2 delightful friends, this (made with thyme from your own herb garden, lalala I am practically an earth mother), a galette with excellent filling (peach and cherry) and crap crust (fucking humidity), pomegranate sorbet, and you will have the above.  I feel absurdly lucky to be alive.
