1. Admire reasonably clean room.
2. Plot knitting projects.
3. Drink coffee and grapefruit juice and listen to Miles Davis. (I don't care if Sketches of Spain is jazz pablum, I love it.)
4. Listen to how the window rocks in its sill as the wind buffets it.
5. Read articles, take notes.
