Food is staying down. I cooked last night, for the first time in what felt like a century. When I wake up I think about ordinary stuff instead of being slammed with a wave of anxiety.
It's weird. Stuff happens and I feel like a ghost - an impression - of how I would normally have reacted, but I'm able to sit and let it go and then - this is really exciting - figure out what I actually think and feel.
I've fallen off the writing/meditation wagon a little bit, but I'll get back on. There is still a LOT of work to be done (and quite possibly more bad times ahead - I begin to think that they are part of the process) but incrementally, I move forward.
