Had no exercise today; had half a can of olives and some carrot sticks for dinner; room is a mess; schoolwork etc. on my mind; my room is a sauna so I opened the window so now it is still a sauna under the comforter but freezing outside of it.
Gah. I am going to drink some water and then try counting sheep. Wish me luck!
