Moving sucks pizza

- This dough, using 1.5 c whole-wheat flour
- 1 hand-sized flying saucer squash, cut into 1 cm-sq slices and sauteed w/ 3 minced cloves garlic and a shake of red pepper flakes
- 1 butternut squash, sliced, roasted w/ olive oil, salt, and pepper, and then cubed and mixed w/ ~ 15 minced sage leaves
- 1/2 big log goat cheese, crumbled

Bake the dough alone for 10 min or so at 400 degrees. Start your 2nd gin and tonic. Be indescribably grateful that the pilot light on your new stove works. Take the dough out and put on the flying saucer squash, then the butternut squash, then the goat cheese. Put back in oven for 20 min or so - until the edges of the dough are browning and some of the goat cheese too. Let cool for 5 min and then hack off a piece. The toppings don't stick to the dough very well but fortunately you can use your fingers to pick them up. Drink more gin, contemplate putting your bed together, eye the wreckage that is the living room, and pass out on the mattress on your floor.
