What a good weekend.

- This cake made w/ apples and whey (leftover from ricotta-making) instead of milk = thumbs up.
- Whole-wheat pizza with caramelized onions, the ricotta in question, mizuna/arugula mix from Hollygrove, and preserved Meyer lemons from last winter = not quite perfect, but interesting and worth further development.
- What did I even do on Friday? Some catching up, some house partying, another delicious Alan Furst novel.
- Saturday = Juan's and Skate Night! and Vockah Redu! Indescribably awesome.
- Ok, not a perfect weekend - the Saints lost. But watching the game at the Rendezvous w/ free Indian food = a pretty good Sunday afternoon anyway.
- Mad Men is SO GOOD this season.
