Cooking plotting

Made these fantastic spicy potatoes (although pre-boiled the potatoes b/c I have no faith in my ability to fry raw ones) and this tomato-paneer curry (it didn't turn out amazing - should have let the onions brown more and not used grim pale grocery store tomatoes and also, I used not-properly-drained paneer I made from goat milk [yum] so it kind of melted into the sauce instead of remaining distinct - but I think the essential recipe is solid and I will try it again.)

BUT. What I am really excited about is my cooking plans for the weekend - orange jam w/ cardamom and orange-strawberry jam w/ rosemary (both from Blue Chair) and baking for an engagement party! Details to come - just doing some anticipatory gloating.
