Practising patience, and compassion, and kindness, and discipline

Hard. Remarkably hard, actually.

(Wonderful weekend; a mix of delightful weather, a fantastic all day party for the Irish Channel St. Patrick's parade, and getting my room and the kitchen properly clean on Sunday. Yes, cleaning now officially counts as a good time around these parts - pretty sure this is awesome. Also, made soda bread for the first time - good stuff - and read a charming little book and, best of all, found that my car was not permanently impaired by Ash Wednesday's deluge!)
